Project references may include names, project types, general locations, event names, brand context, venue context, artist context, team context, or other descriptive information when used to explain the work performed.

4. Third Party Logos, Brands, Artists, Venues, and Events

Logos, names, brands, artists, venues, schools, studios, events, teams, products, organizations, and creative identities shown or mentioned in project documentation are used only to identify prior creative work, project involvement, event support, production support, fabrication, installation, content capture, custom artwork, visual documentation, design work, or related project history.

DiverCity Artistry LLC does not claim sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, employment, agency representation, official vendor status, ownership, licensing, management affiliation, label affiliation, venue affiliation, school affiliation, team affiliation, event affiliation, or formal affiliation with any person, brand, company, organization, venue, school, studio, artist, team, league, event, product, property, or entity unless specifically stated in writing.

All third party names, marks, logos, and brand identities remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Client Privacy Requests

Clients who require privacy, delayed posting, limited use, no filming, no photography, no public reference, no behind the scenes documentation, specific credit language, or confidentiality must communicate those requirements in writing before the project begins.

DiverCity Artistry LLC will review privacy requests on a case by case basis.

A privacy request is not considered approved unless confirmed in writing by DiverCity Artistry LLC.

6. Confidential or Restricted Projects

If a project involves confidential information, unreleased work, private events, sensitive locations, NDA restrictions, brand restrictions, artist restrictions, client restrictions, or limited media rights, the client must provide those restrictions in writing before the project begins.

If no written restriction is provided and approved before work begins, DiverCity Artistry LLC may treat the project as available for standard portfolio, documentation, archival, and promotional use.

7. Delayed Posting

A client may request that DiverCity Artistry LLC delay public posting until after an event, launch, release, installation, or public announcement.

Delayed posting requests must be made in writing before the project begins or before media is captured.

If approved, DiverCity Artistry LLC may hold content until the agreed date or condition has passed.

8. Behind the Scenes Content

Behind the scenes content may include process videos, progress photos, workspace footage, fabrication clips, material preparation, installation setup, equipment use, creative development, or other documentation showing how a project was made.

Unless restricted in writing before the project begins, behind the scenes content may be used for portfolio, social media, educational, archival, marketing, or project reference purposes.

9. Credit and Tagging

DiverCity Artistry LLC may identify itself as the creative service provider, artist, fabricator, media producer, installer, visual contributor, or project participant when referencing its own work.

Credit language may vary depending on the project, platform, caption, client relationship, confidentiality, or approved project context.

If a client requires specific credit, no credit, delayed credit, collaborator tags, or restricted tagging, those requirements must be provided and approved in writing before posting.

10. Client Provided Content

Clients may provide logos, artwork, images, videos, brand files, reference materials, sketches, mockups, or other materials for project use.

By providing those materials, the client confirms that they have the right to share and authorize use of those materials for project review, planning, design, fabrication, production, documentation, and communication purposes.

DiverCity Artistry LLC is not responsible for ownership disputes, copyright claims, trademark claims, licensing issues, or permission issues connected to client provided materials.

11. Removal or Revision Requests

If a client or third party believes a project reference, image, video, logo, name, caption, or related content should be removed, revised, clarified, or restricted, they may contact DiverCity Artistry LLC for review.

DiverCity Artistry LLC may review requests on a case by case basis and may remove, revise, clarify, or update content when appropriate.

Removal of website or social media content does not necessarily erase archived business records, internal documentation, invoices, project notes, or legally retained information.

12. No Transfer of Ownership

Allowing DiverCity Artistry LLC to document or display project work does not automatically transfer ownership of any third party trademark, logo, brand identity, copyrighted material, client asset, or unrelated intellectual property.

DiverCity Artistry LLC retains ownership of its own original photography, video, documentation, process content, written descriptions, creative direction, behind the scenes content, portfolio materials, and business presentation materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Media Quality and Editing

Portfolio images, videos, behind the scenes content, and project documentation may be edited, cropped, color adjusted, captioned, resized, compressed, reformatted, or arranged for website, social media, proposal, presentation, or archival use.

DiverCity Artistry LLC may choose which images, videos, clips, angles, captions, or project details to display.

14. No Guarantee of Public Posting

DiverCity Artistry LLC reserves the right to choose whether or not to publicly post, display, reference, archive, remove, or reuse any project documentation.

A project being completed does not guarantee that it will be posted or featured publicly.

15. Relationship to Other Policies

This Media & Portfolio Use Policy works together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms & Site Use, Payment & Deposit Policy, Project Guidelines, and Project Reference Notice of DiverCity Artistry LLC.

If a separate written agreement is approved and signed for a specific project, that agreement may control where it directly conflicts with this policy.
